Campus Dining At Penn Wants To Be 33% Locally Sourced By 2010

buy fresh buy local at pennPenn Dining is getting behind the Buy Local movement.

Now run by Bon Appetit Management Company (after spending the previous six years with Aramark), Penn Dining is focusing more on sustainability.

They're aiming to source 20% of their ingredients locally by the end of this academic year and 33% by the end of next year.

Commendable.
